The forecast is quite good,
Mike Moore is requesting $10 per person to cover insurance and a donation to the museum. I believe that is for the whole event at least it always has been in the past. He says it even includes a trolley ride (recommended) if the trolley is running.
See you there,
Tom

Larry,
Did you eat all the cheese you were going to bring to Diamondhead? ;-)

Tom,
Not to worry, there is some left---

I will have the Slomo car with me for trials. At Cabin Fever, it had my Sammy down to a crawl, showing each exhaust beat.

All;

Scranton is out, but it looks like York is a go. I may head up to the Palmyra, PA area on Wednesday, take care of the family plots, and visit my Dad's oldest brother and wife. That would leave Thursday free to go to York and help setup the steam tracks. Perhaps even run something if time permits. Then do the regular show Friday and Saturday.

I'll probably use the same three locomotives I used last year. The Regner seems to have sprung a leak, and I have not had an opportunity to examine it in good light. Too many things at our house need attention instead. I know that I stored it dry and even left a fill plug open, so I am not sure what is going on.

Anyway, hope to see all of you in York. (I may live in the South, but I grew up Pennsylvania Dutch, and I DON"T use you'all!)

Best,
David Meashey
