Default Aristocraft rail bender - help

OOPS! Sorry about the posting in the wrong forum. I tried to delete it but couldn't.

I'm searching for a set of instructions for the Aristocraft Rail Bender.

If you have a set of instructions, I would appreciate a PDF.

Send to: thumper12225ATProdigyDOTNet

Thanks,

Will

I used an Aristo Dual rail bender this past summer to lay all of my track. It's an awesome tool. I got an incredible deal on mine when Aristo was going out of business. Best investment I made.

If you are using Aristo US ties you will want to shim the sliders on the bottom of the rail bender (mentioned in the "Aristocraft Dual Rail Bender- A Review" thread above). I used some thin cardboard from the back of an old notepad. My unit did not come with any instructions. Try experimenting on a piece of track first. Always make small bends first, then gradually increase the pressure. It's an easy tool to get used to. I was a track bending virgin, but this tool is so easy to use that I was a pro in no time.

Thanks for the direction. Reviews were very helpful, photos were great and now I'm looking to take care of business.

Regards,

Will
