Default Lionel Atlantic

This pic from Roger's RGSEast shows my Lionel Atlantic piloting the passenger express. The loco is now surplus (I'm mostly live steam and we are moving to a smaller home.)

I bought this sight-unseen from an auction and it had a nice sound system in the tender that wasn't disclosed. I also added an Aristo TE accessory controller to turn the sound on/off [and maybe other stuff I have forgotten.] The loco was rewired so it takes power from a plug on the back of the tender - would suit battery conversion as the track pickups are isolated and the connector to the engine is already installed. Plus it has a sound system.

All yours for $75 plus shipping (probably $25-ish.)

Did you ever sell this 4-4-2 Lionel Atlantic. If not might be interested.

rhands,
I purchased this loco from Pete a while back. It has been sitting in the box since then. I would be willing to sell it.

Hello all, sorry to post in this thread but it’s not letting me make a new post! Can anyone point me in the right direction to post an item for sale?

You might need to post a set number of times to prove you're not not a spammer.

Hi,
The new owners put some peculiar restrictions on the website when they took it over, including adding a whole new classifieds section.

You can't post in the Classifieds unless you are a "1st class" member [don't get jealous - it's the only thing a 1st class member can do that you can't!]
And there's no way to become a 1st class member if you weren't on the site before they took it over. Catch 22!

What we came up with is detailed in a thread somewhere in the Forum issues section - but basically, post a classified in the General section, and then click the 'exclamation' link in the lower left and ask the Moderator to move it to the Classifieds.
