Hey Zubi - I have 16 R3 on the way, my first switch as well. Bridge coming (cheap plastic, not sure if I'll use it)... but, yeah I'm certainly playing around with ideas (river and lake!)...the Heisler should be a lot easier to figure out capabilities and, by proxy, spur ideas...Davenport on my list still... as is 10 other locos! Starting to think I'm the loco..
