Default Hitech model HS-81 Servo

As explained in my previous post I need more control over my Mimi. For whatever reason I had only installed one of the servos connected to the J-Bar. I want to install the other servo and connect it to the throttle. The white arm(?) on the servo is in the opposite direction it needs to be. I removed the screw on the arm thinking it would come off and be turned 180 degrees. Even wtith the screw removed it seems pretty ridged and I'm afraid it (plastic) could break? I'm not too experienced with R/C and unsure if the adjustment is done with the transmitter, a Hitech Laser 4?

Thanks...Rich

I just use a flat blade screwdriver under the hub of the arm to gently pry it up.

Thanks again placitassteam! I was able to remove the arm with a screwdriver blade. I figured since there is a screw the arm should come off, but with my luck I was afraid to force it.

Both the arm and the shaft are tough nylon and difficult to break.
