I LOVE that photographer's car! I think Carla (She Who Must Take Pictures) needs one -- she just upgraded from her old Canon 50D to a new 80D today -- so that she'd have better low-light capability for the Summer Steamup.

Hi Gary,

Here's a full view of the side for the markings. This is a project that I have on the back burner as well.

Looking forward to a report of the Canon 80D. I am very happy with my 70D but will wait for a 4k model before I upgrade.

Scott

Pete

According to the Central Pacific Railroad Photographic History Museum website http://cprr.org/Museum/Silvis/ , the U.P.R.R. Photograph Car was not much more than a standard Union Pacific caboose fitted with living quarters, a darkroom, and a portrait studio illuminated by a skylight cut into the roof.
